The Workflow

The rule — Every initiative follows the same eight steps. No deliverable reaches a client without a plan and QA.

1. Input arrives → posted to the Asana Intake board.
2. Classify → Initiative, Update, or Revision.
3. Triage & schedule → check capacity, confirm urgency, communicate.
4. Strategic plan → every initiative gets a plan the client approves before work starts.
5. Production → team executes; all feedback through the review tool.
6. QA sign-off → mandatory before delivery (see QA).
7. Deliver → sent through the review tool.
8. Close out → documented, hours logged, marked complete.
