Nothing goes to a client without QA sign-off.
The rule — Corrine is the default QA owner. Nothing goes to a client without QA sign-off.
Standard flow: production completes → status QA Review → Corrine reviews → status Ready to Send → delivered through the review tool.
If Corrine is unavailable (after 2pm CST)
The client is given two options: (A) receive it now, accepting it hasn't been QA'd, or (B) wait until morning for sign-off. If the client created the urgency and asked to bypass QA, they assume responsibility automatically.
