Monthly Reporting
The Status app generates client reports from Asana at month end.
The rule — If it isn't logged in Asana, it won't be in the report. Everything that happened for a client must be in Asana.
At month end, the Report view (/report/{client}) reads Asana and produces the client report: completed + in-progress work, hours, deliverables, and review metrics. It flags completed tasks missing hours — fix those first.
What must be logged
- All production tasks and deliverables
- All internal and client meetings
- All research and account work done for the client
- Hours on every single task and subtask
