Every client request enters through one Asana intake board.

The rule โ€” Every request enters through intake. Nothing is worked off a raw email.

Client emails post automatically to a central Asana Intake board. The team reviews each item, classifies it, and routes it to the right client project.

Flow: Unprocessed (lands automatically) โ†’ In Review (team classifies) โ†’ Processed (routed to the client project).

Multi-topic emails

If one email covers several subjects, log it as a "respond" Update, reply telling the client you'll answer each subject in its own email (see Communication Principles โ€” one topic per email), then split the follow-ups into the right Initiatives so each decision stays trackable.
