How We Work
One source of truth. Every piece of work lives in Asana.
The rule โ Asana is the source of truth for all work. If it isn't in Asana, it didn't happen.
Everything we do flows through Asana: the work, who owns it, its status, the hours, and the deliverables. Our other tools either feed Asana or read from it. That single rule is what keeps the team, the reports, and the client all looking at the same truth.
The four systems, one job each
| System | Its one job | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Asana | The work โ tasks, owners, status, hours | โ |
| SGA Status | Reads Asana โ dashboards, schedules, reports | status.sga.team |
| Review tool | Client review + approval, backed by Asana | review.sga.team |
| File host | Published deliverables, versioned | files.sga.team |
See The Systems Map for how they connect.
Why one source of truth
When the same fact lives in two places, they drift and people stop trusting either. So each fact has exactly one owner: Asana owns the work, the file host owns the files, the review tool owns client feedback. Nothing is tracked twice.
