๐ Daily โ Communication
Check for outstanding client communication, both directions:
- Did a client email us that we still owe a reply?
- Is there anything we need to send a client today?
- Handle each one per Communication Principles โ one topic per email, start from a template in Email Templates.
๐ Weekly โ Move every project forward
Walk every active client in Asana / SGA Status and check:
- Is each active task actually moving? Update any stale status.
- Anything in QA Review or Ready to Send to push out?
- Anything ready for the client to review so we can get revisions back?
- Anything at risk of missing its due date? (Full View โ Overdue / upcoming.)
- Any missing dependencies or client assets blocking work? Chase them.
- Stagger due dates so reviews don't all land on the same day.
๐ Monthly โ Report to every client
- Open SGA Status โ Report (
/report/{client}) for each client. - Confirm all hours are logged โ fix any completed task flagged with no hours (see Hours & Billing).
- Export the report markdown, build the full monthly report, and send it (monthly recap email).
- Archive the month's completed work.
