Every task carries hours. If they get missed, the rubric is the default.
The rule — Log in 0.5-hour blocks. Hours are required before a task is marked Completed. Forgot to track? Bill the rubric default below.
Three layers keep hours from leaking: a half-hour minimum, the requirement before completion, and the rubric as a backstop. The Status app report view flags any completed task with no hours — fix those before a client report goes out. Agents apply the rubric automatically.
