Status Definitions
The 11 task statuses and what each means.
The rule โ Every task's status is kept current at all times. There are exactly 11.

| 1 | Not started | Exists, no work begun | Gray |
| 2 | Needs strategic input | Blocked on direction (red for Chad) | Red |
| 3 | Waiting on dependency | Another task must finish first | Yellow |
| 4 | Waiting on client assets | Need materials from the client | Yellow |
| 5 | On hold | Intentionally paused | Gray |
| 6 | In progress | Actively being worked on | Green |
| 7 | QA review | Corrine reviewing before delivery | โ |
| 8 | Ready to send | Approved, cleared to deliver | Green |
| 9 | Waiting on client approval | Delivered, awaiting sign-off | Green |
| 10 | New client feedback | Client posted a comment/response | โ |
| 11 | Completed | Approved and fully closed | Green |
